How to shop with us

To make a purchase, simply select the category that interests you and view the products. When you select a product you would like to buy, click to add it to your shopping cart, then either checkout or continue shopping and adding to your cart. Once you have finished your shopping, go the checkout and follow the steps for payment.

Dispatch / Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 24-72 hours, depending on the delivery location within South Africa. Orders are shipped by courier – door to door. During Sale periods, delivery may take an additional few days due to the higher volume of orders.

    • Orders over R1000 – FREE SHIPPING
    • Orders under R1000 – R150
  • South Africa (Outside Gauteng)
    • A minimum handling fee of R250 + shipping costs (auto-calculated on checkout)
    • There may be additional charges outside main centres
  • International Shipping

Tiles, cladding, glues and some items are currently not available for online shopping and the “Add To Cart” button will be disabled on those items. Please visit one of our stores to purchase products that are not eligible for free delivery/online shopping.

Payment Methods / Security

Payments can be made with VISA, MASTERCARD and DEBIT CARDS or by EFT. Orders will only be dispatched once payment is made in full. All prices are in South African Rands unless stated otherwise. All payments are processed with security in mind, using encryption and 3D verification by Sage to ensure our shoppers’ personal details are fully secured. Please note that only 3D enabled cards can be used to place online orders.


Each order is securely packaged and is handled with care by our courier company. Please notify us within 24hrs of order receipt if there is any damage to the good purchased.

Important Delivery Information

  • Please ensure you nominate a suitable address where someone will be able to receive and sign for the order be it at home or work.
  • We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful delivery and the package is returned to us and you require us to dispatch the package for a second time, an additional shipping fee will apply.
  • Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed.
  • We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late. These include strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control.
  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses submitted by shoppers in which the order has been accepted by another recipient. Shoppers are urged to ensure the delivery address is correctly completed.

Unfulfilled Orders

To minimise the risk of an advertised item being unavailable, we pride ourselves on keeping an up-to-date computerised inventory of all items stocked. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified by email and a payment reversal will be made if the transaction has been already processed. We will do our best to offer you an alternate product.

Cancellation of Orders

  • As we endeavour to ship purchases as soon as possible after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. As per our Return Policy, we only offer refunds on faulty items which are under warranty.

Returns / Repairs Policy / Warranty

  • Our Guarantee – all products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise indicated on the product page. Please ensure your goods are carefully packaged and protected when returning to us for repair or replacement. We take no responsibility for damage or loss in post/transit. Your receipt as proof of purchase must be included with any return. In the event that the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be made.
  • In the event your goods arrive in a damaged or less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately (Within 7 Days) so we can address this with our shipping company.
  • If goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will repair or replace the item.
  • When returning a product, please ensure that it is sent back exactly the way you received the product. This includes all packaging, barcodes etc. If they are not returned with all the packaging this may affect your refund amount.

The guarantee does not cover faults from loss, accidental damage or mistreatment, modifications to design or damage from other agents.
