Shipping Information

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on your location

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Warranty Information

All Eurotrend products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.

What the warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects, including faults in materials or assembly

  • Internal malfunctions not caused by user error or misuse

What the warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents

  • General wear and tear from regular use

  • Damages that occur during delivery (see our Refund & Returns Policy)

  • Poor installation or fitment

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
